Accessible. (Ramp to guest bathroom and flat access to inside of barn.)

inside the barn. (Designated smoking areas available for guests outside.)
- Barn
center section has a concrete floor, which includes a stage area
on the west end and is approx. 46' (L) x 21' (W).
- The
North Wing - Measures approx. 46' (L) x 14.5' (W) - Has three
barn door entrances (one on the west corner - one on the center north
wall - one on the east wall behind bar area). - Includes a full
length 10' x 2' solid black walnut wood bar on the far east corner
of this wing. The bar area contains a 32" x 22" tall, half size
refrigerator under the bar on the stocking shelves. Adjacent to the bar
is a small bar sink/wash basin with cold water only. Barn doors behind
the bar, exit to the front (east side) of the barn from this bar area
for easy access for loading and unloading supplies.
- The
South Wing - Measures approx. 46' (L) x 14.5' (W) - A one step
down area located on the south side of the barn has barn doors opening
from the rear east side of the barn for more easy access. This door is
usually used as an entrance for musicians or announcers to enter the stage.
- Indoor
and outdoor lighting surrounds all areas of the barn. Inside
are lantern lights hanging from the rafters of the arched ceilings of
the barn, mini white lights draped on all walls and section dividers,
as well as our famous D.J. spinning ball for your dancing pleasure. Mini
lights drape the entire outside perimeters of the barn, as well as fence
lined lighting surrounding the front and side lawn areas, to create
an absolute spectacular festive look.

Our
Venue/Barn Rental includes:
- Inside
of the barn.
- Outside
east front of barn area. - (70' x 70')
- Outside
south and southwest side lawn area. (70' x 70') (150' x 70')
- North
side entrance area of barn. (50' x 20')
- Main
entrance driveway (north side of barn) up to the rear of the barn, for
unloading, loading, and vendor use only.
- Parking
lot assistance with our own staff of parking attendants for your
guests' arrival. Cars will be parked in the adjacent field just north
of the entrance driveway on the north side of the barn, via the 2nd entrance
driveway north of the barn.
- Handicapped
parking directly outside the barn.
- Guest
bathrooms with private stalls for men and women, with double
sink, countertop, and vanity mirror just across from the northwest end
(rear) of the barn. - Hand soap, trash bins, toilet paper & towels
included.
- Outside
wash basin with cold water (our caterers take delight
in this!) located in rear of the barn, in front of the restrooms.
- Upon
request, access and use of our RV
trailer in our southwest side lawn area for clothing changes only.
- Approx.
150 metal folding chairs and fifteen (15) older tables (you will
need table coverings).
- Refrigerator
& freezer
in bar area (north wing of barn).
- Three
(3) propane umbrella heaters for main event day. (More available
if needed - Please give us a minimum one week notice before your event
if more are needed.)
- Portable
Fire Pit with three (3) bundles of firewood
and five (5) hay bails for seating around the pit.(Our
guests have loved to gather around the fire pit at sunset, to roast marshmallows,
storytelling, idle chit-chat, and new romance!)
- Outside
Horseshoe Pit with lighting and four
(4) horseshoes provided.

Rates:

*Prices
and terms are subject to change at any time. All applications and deposits
submitted must reflect the current posted rates and terms on our website.
Previously downloaded applications are subject to latest web posted rates
and terms.

We
offer a complete weekend rental rate of $3,500.00, starting
on a Friday or Saturday, which includes a set-up/rehearsal day, event
day, and clean-up day. Please note below our access times included in
our rental package.
For
mid-week or non-wedding events, please call for rates.

weekend rental access times:
NOTE:
Due to our rural area status and noise
ordinance laws, amplified music and outdoor activities must end
no later than 9:00 PM on weekdays (Sun. - Thurs.) and
10:00 PM on weekends (Fri. - Sat.).

PET
POLICY: No pets allowed, unless they are part of
your ceremony.

- A
non-refundable rental deposit of 50% of the total rental
fees is required to secure an event date, along with a signed
copy of the Barn Application/Contract.
- We
also require a refundable security deposit of $350.00.
The security deposit will be refunded
within fifteen (15) business days of the last day of event, if premises
are left in the same
condition as rented. Please leave all parts of the premises as
found. Cleaning shall adhere to
the Owner's standards. *See Pg. 4 of our Barn Application/Contract
for required condition upon
vacating premises. Failure to vacate at posted lock up times will
result in loss of security deposit.

Liability
Insurance is required. A copy of Liability
Insurance must be received no
later than thirty (30) days prior to your event date.
We require that Ottenberg Family Trust,
P.O. Box 521, Cayucos, CA 93430, be named as an additional
insured.
- We require
a minimum of ($1,000,000) one million dollars of coverage.
If liquor/alcohol is being served "Host Liquor Included"
option must be included in your coverage.

- The
remaining 50% balance of fees, Security Deposit, and copy of Liability
Insurance
are due no later than thirty
(30) days prior to your scheduled event date.
